This is the first vintage for this wine, and it's stunning. It's created from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in a single vineyard from Sperling Vineyards. Cidrerie St-Nicolas Crackling Cider Rosé, Quebec, Canada: Absolutely lovely! More than just a sunny orchard of freshly picked apples: this cider also has rose petal and wild raspberry notes. It's a blend of 80% apples and 20% strawberries, with low alcohol at 7% alcohol. Perfect for parties, patio sipping and enjoying summer. Township 7 Vineyards & Winery 7 Blanc 2018, Naramata, Okanagan Valley, BC V.Q.A., Canada: A lovely, floral BC white wine with pretty notes of daisies, lillies, and some lychee with baking spice. Light-bodied with good mouth-watering action as an aperitif or companion to seafood. This wine is a blend of gewurztraminer, pinot gris and muscat ottonel. Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio 2016, Alto Adige Trentino Doc, Italy: Beautifully balanced and refreshing Italian Pinot Grigio from one of the country's best-known producers of this wine. Santa Margherita was, in fact, the first to make Pinot Grigio back in 1961, and has led the way ever since. Crisp and lively with racy acidity for seafood and shellfish. Viña Esmeralda White 2017, Catalunya D.O., Spain: A barely off-dry aromatic blend of Moscatel and Gewürztraminer so fragrant and pretty with white florals and soft citrus aromas. Love the fresh grapey, lychee, soft spice, vanilla and mineral flavours on the palate. Chill and pair with mildly spiced curries. White food pairings: grilled shrimp, fish tacos, crab cakes. Marqués de Cáceres Gran Reserva 2011, Rioja D.O.C.A., Spain: A savoury, smoky red wine is a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grapes with dark plum, pepper and anise spicy flavours on the palate.
