Weingut Bründlmayer Zöbinger Heiligenstein Riesling 2013, Kamptal D.A.C., Austria: A vibrant and lively Austrian Riesling: this is one of three that Bründlmayer produces from the Heiligenstein Erste Lage, the others being Alte Reben and Lyra. The estate owns 12 hectares in the heart of the Riesling cru capital of the Kamptal. The wine was fermented in stainless steel. Riesling food pairings: eggs Benedict, planked salmon, feta cheese, braised beef.
