Lustau Vermut Rosé, Jerez, Spain: From Jerez, Lustau's Vermut Rosé is a pink vermouth, sweet and spicy with white florals, zesty citrus, grapefruit and baked pastry flavours on the palate. Lightly chill and enjoy on its own or with baked custard and fruit pastries. A blend of Fino sherry with Moscatel and a splash of Tintilla de Rota with balanced acidity to match sweetness (146 g/l res. sugar) chill and enjoy it on its own or in vermouth-based cocktails. Howard Park Sauvignon Blanc 2024, Western Australia, Australia: Howard Park grows this Sauvignon Blanc in Western Australia, a cooler corner of the country that helps the grape hold onto its zip. Grapefruit and lime arrive with a herbal, grassy edge. Crisp and dry, with bright acidity that carries through. A touch of gooseberry rounds out the profile.
