White Wine

Domaine de Pouilly Cuvée Prestige Pouilly-Fuissé 2023, Burgundy A.O.C., France: Domaine de Pouilly's Cuvée Prestige Pouilly-Fuissé from Burgundy is a mouthwatering, full-bodied white wine blending fruit from three prime vineyard plots with notes of golden apple, ripe pear, lemon curd and subtle spice. This dry wine displays rounded texture and generous layers that will continue to develop over the next seven years. Serve it chilled with cheese fondue as the wine's powerful structure stands up to the melted cheese, or pair it with grilled lobster where the wine's complexity complements the sweet shellfish. Winemaker Renaud Sornay crafts this rich Chardonnay from revered parcels in the heart of Pouilly itself, where each plot contributes distinctive character to create a harmonious whole. As the wine ages, seductive hints of earthy mushroom and toasted almond will emerge. This vibrant, sophisticated Pouilly-Fuissé represents excellent quality and will drink beautifully through 2033. Pouilly-Fuissé food pairings: cheese fondue, pork tenderloin, grilled shellfish dishes. Drink: 2026 - 2033 42214 13% XD 750 mL $60.65 Score: 92/100. February 2026. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

Rosés

Peninsula Ridge Beal Vineyard Cabernet Rosé 2024, Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Harvested from a single estate on Beamsville Bench, this Cabernet Franc rosé greets you with an aromatic mix of soft blossom, freshly picked orchard fruit, and a hint of red licorice. Crafted in stainless-steel vessels to preserve its natural vibrancy and crisp acidity, it’s perfectly suited for relaxed al fresco dining featuring grilled jumbo prawns or grilled veggies. Cabernet Rosé food pairings: grilled jumbo prawns with a peach salsa, crab cakes with mango chutney.
