Red Wine

Xavier Vignon Côtes du Rhône 2022, Côtes Du Rhône, Rhône, France: Xavier Vignon Côtes du Rhône is a dry, medium to full-bodied blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from organically grown grapes, revealing rich, velvety notes of ripe berries, strawberry compote and warm spices with richly layered mulberry, cassis and damson flavors framed by floral violets and flinty minerals. Serve it at room temperature with grilled lamb merguez sausages, where the wine's peppery edge and velvety tannins complement the North African spices while its dark fruit stands up to the rich, fatty meat, or pair it with herb-roasted pork loin as the wine's berry notes and full body harmonize with the savoury, tender dish. Winemaker Xavier Vignon is one of the Rhône Valley's most talented négociants and consultants, working with over 100 estates across the region while crafting his own exceptional wines that showcase the terroir and traditional grape varieties of the southern Rhône. This amazing value wine can be enjoyed now or cellared through 2030 as its layers continue to integrate. Food pairings: meat lover's pizza, roast pheasant, Porchetta pork roast. Drink: 2025 - 2030 297317 14.5% XD 750 mL $19.95 Score: 91/100. December 2025. Best Value Red Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
