Red Wine

Cellier des Dauphins Réserve Côtes du Rhône 2022, Côtes Du Rhône, Rhône A.C., France: Here’s your new go-to Rhône at $17: Cellier des Dauphins Réserve 2022. A balanced blend (60 % Grenache/40 % Syrah) bursting with blueberry and bramble, accented by anise spice. Medium-bodied and crisp, it’s wrapped in satiny tannins that cradle the fruit and coax a lingering blueberry echo. Enjoy now through 2028 with a meat and cheeseboard or roast chicken. Food pairings: roast pork, slow-braised beef long ribs, gourmet burgers.
