White Wine

Pieropan Soave Classico 2023, Veneto D.O.C., Italy: Each vintage, Pieropan unveils an exceptional Soave that embodies the very essence of the Garganega grape and the unique character of that harvest. In the glass, enticing aromas reminiscent of freshly picked orchard pears and crisp, sunlit apples mingle with a hint of floral citrus and a subtle, stony note. On the palate, vibrant green apple and a burst of citrus peel lead into layers of gently roasted nut flavors and a soft honeyed nuance, all underpinned by an earthy, mineral-rich finish that recalls the rugged charm of ancient stone formations. This wine is ready to enjoy now, with the promise of graceful aging well into 2040. Enjoy chilled on its own, a seafood Alfredo dish, or seafood tempura. Soave Classico food pairings: tempura seafood, vegetables, calamari, scallop and green peas stew. Drink: 2025 - 2040 946848 12% XD 750 mL $20.95 Score: 93/100. June 2025. Top Rated White Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
