Red Wine

Santa Carolina El Pacto Agreement No. 1 Limited Production Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Cachapoal Valley, Chile: Santa Carolina’s El Pacto Agreement No. 1 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon represents outstanding value from Chile. Harvested from sustainably nurtured vines, it exhibits a bone-dry character with a robust, full mid-palate structure. A medley of sumptuous ruby fruit intertwines with subtle hints of sugared, cured tobacco and a whisper of piquant spice, culminating in a finish graced by a distinctive briny olive accent. Its structured tannins form a steadfast backbone, inviting enjoyment now or with further cellaring until 2026. Great with burgers or steaks from the grill. Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: steaks from the grill, tourtiere, burgers. Drink: 2025 - 2027 35673 14% XD 750 mL $18.95 Score: 92/100. June 2025. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

Rosés

The Foreign Affair Amarosé 2024, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: From the Niagara Peninsula, The Foreign Affair Amarosé 2024 is a full-bodied, richly concentrated rosé offering exceptional value at \$20. Made primarily from Gamay Noir with 13% Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, it gains depth and intensity from its Appassimento-style dried fruit influence. Bursting with ripe watermelon, cherry, raspberry, cranberry, tropical fruit, and citrus zest, its zesty and generous palate makes it a perfect match for salmon steaks and grilled veggie burgers. Produced using dried wine skins and lees contact, Amarosé is a uniquely Canadian take on the renowned Veneto winemaking method best known for Amarone. Food pairings: mild curry dishes, white turkey meat, fish tacos, salads. Drink: 2025 - 2025 388702 12.4% XD 750 mL $19.95 Score: 89/100. June 2025. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
