Red Wine

La Torre Di Ananìa Luigi Brunello Di Montalcino 2019, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: The La Torre 2019 Brunello di Montalcino is a dry, full-bodied red that offers a beautifully smooth texture with dark cherry, herbal, and cassis notes. This wine is vibrant with spicy nuances on both the nose and palate, providing a savoury, meaty profile enhanced by earthy undertones. Sourced from organically farmed Sangiovese vines situated 420 metres above sea level, it boasts firm tannins and lively acidity, making it an excellent match for rich dishes like meat-lover’s pizza or a hearty lentil stew. Best enjoyed after decanting for an hour or with a few more years of aging in the cellar until 2038.
