Watson Vineyard 2023 Pinot Gris is vegan-friendly and produced from sustainably grown grapes. Dry, medium-bodied, fresh and fragrant with white peach, nectarine, pear, fine herbs and bright citrus zest flavours, it lingers on the palate on a stony mineral note. Very nicely done, enjoy it chilled on its own or with a pasta Primavera. Pinot Gris food pairings: roast chicken, pan fried haddock fillets, pasta with cream sauce, salads.
