Red Wine

Olianas Cannonau 2021, Cannonau Di Sardegna, Sardinia D.O.C., Italy: From Cannonau, Cannonau Di Sardegna Olianas 2021 is produced from organically grown Grenache grapes sourced from the Sardinia wine region. Fresh with ripe raspberry, red currant, white pepper spice and citrus notes, the wine is dry, medium-bodied and vibrant with a lingering spicy finish. Very nice now, enjoy it with a charcuterie board and Pecorino cheese. Cannonau food pairings: sausage cassoulet, charcuterie and Pecorino cheese, pork tenderloin from the grill. Chartron et Trébuchet Pouilly-Fuissé 2022, Burgundy A.P., France: Chartron et Trébuchet 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé is produced from Chardonnay grapes sourced from vines planted in Jurassic-era clay and limestone soils. Rich with oyster like fossils and minerals in the soil, this zesty Burgundian white wine is generous with ripe yellow apple, tropical fruit notes, lemon curd and flinty mineral flavours elegantly textured and mouth watering on the palate.
