Catena Alta Chardonnay 2020, Mendoza, Argentina: From the Mendoza wine region, Catena Alta 2020 Chardonnay is produced from sustainably-grown grapes sourced mostly from vineyards planted in 1992 in the Gualtallary, with the balance from Uco Valley's Villa Bastías, at the foothills of the Andes, 1100 metres above sea level. Fragrant with dried pineapple, mango and coconut with ripe apple, stone fruit, lemon meringue and nutty flavours creamy and buttery on the palate. Delicious with buttered lobster rolls. Blomidon Cuvée L'Acadie Brut Sparkling, Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada: From the Annapolis Valley wine region in Nova Scotia, Blomidon Sparkling Cuvée L'acadie is made in the traditional method from 100% estate grown L'acadie. A dry, tasty and expressive bubble with a fine, flavoursome mousse of bright apple, hay, citrus zest and butternut flavours toasty and vibrant on the palate. About 70% of the wine came from the 2017 with 2016 vintage with a dollop from the 2015 vintage. Dosage was 6 g/L. and the wine was disgorged in March 2020.
