Domaine Anita Tres Vieilles Vignes Les Caves Moulin-à-Vent 2020, Burgundy A.C., France: Domaine Anita Les Caves Moulin À Vent 2020 is produced from "tres vielles vignes" Gamay, that are over 45 years old. Grapes are hand-harvested and are 100% whole cluster fermented. Semi-carbonic maceration takes 11 days and the wine is aged six months in concrete tanks with four months in bottle prior to release.
