Dessert Wine

Harveys Bristol Cream Sherry, Andalusia, Spain: This fortified Spanish dessert wine is made from the Pedro Xérès grape. It exudes nutty, toffee, spicy and dried fruit aromas. Light acidity and voluptuous texture on the palate with a long finish. Harveys has a long history and was commissioned by Queen Elizabeth II as the offical supplier to the palace. Harveys started off with Bristol Milk, then produced this richer, sweeter version, thus the name "cream." Perfect for nutty cheeses and fruit-based desserts.
