White Wine

Gadais Vieilles Vignes Muscadet Sèvre et Maine 2018, Loire A.C., France: Gadais 2018 Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie is a great value Muscadet produced from Old Vines Melon de Bourgogne. Floral on the nose with lemon, apple, pear, leesy and mineral flavours with a soft orange zesty finish vibrant and creamy on the palate. This wine was bottled without filtering or fining and the leesy sediment gives the wine more mouthfeel, creamier texture and taste. Pair with steamed mussels and frites. Muscadet Sèvre Et Maine food pairings: steamed mussels and fries, clam hot pot, fresh steamed freshwater shrimp. Drink: 2022 - 2024 444406 12% XD 750 mL $17.95 Score: 90/100. May 2022. Best Value White Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

Red Wine

Glenelly Glass Collection Syrah 2018, Stellenbosch W.O., South Africa: From the Stellenbosch wine region, Glenelly Glass Collection 2018 Syrah is great value at $16. Although the weather for this vintage wasn't entirely cooperative and yields were low, the quality of fruit is remarkable. Floral on the nose and layered with ripe dark fruit, plum, earthy florals and cracked pepper spice flavours silky on the palate. Enjoy with prime rib steaks from the grill. Syrah food pairings: lamb shoulder roast, pheasant, veal Porterhouse. Drink: 2022 - 2023 493841 14% XD 750 mL $15.95 Score: 91/100. May 2022. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
