Stonebridge Chardonnay 2019, Four Mile Creek, Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: The 2019 vintage was very distinct, from deeper clay soils it underwent a wild ferment with 33% new oak and a long 7 month ferment with 22 months in French oak and micro-oxygenation.
