Marchand-Tawse Bourgogne Chardonnay 2018, Burgundy A.C., France: From the Burgundy wine region, Marchand-Tawse 2018 Chardonnay is a savoury, rich and nutty Old World Burgundian Chardonnay, full-bodied and vibrant with bright apple, fresh pear, warm white florals, lemon meringue pie and nutty flavours on the palate. Great acidity for food on this wine underpinned by fine minerality. This is a collaboration between French vigneron Pascal Marchand and the Niagara winery Tawse. Vineyards are located in the Côte de Beaune (75%) and from the hill side of Viré-Clessé (25%).
