Okanagan Crush Pad Haywire Free Form Vin Gris 2018, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia V.Q.A., Canada: This Vin Gris was made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Summerland, harvested in late-October. The wine was whole-bunch pressed into concrete tanks and fermented with native yeasts, then bottled unfiltered.
