Peller Estates Private Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: The 2019 Private Reserve Sauvignon Blanc which offers vibrant aromas of lemongrass, chives and lime zest. It’s clean and crisp with juicy, mouth-watering acidity. This would be terrific with several of Chef Parsons signature dishes such as summer pea risotto, lemon chicken with fresh herbs, pan-fried fillet of trout with dill.
