Santa Margherita Impronta Del Fondatore Pinot Grigio 2018, Alto Adige, Trentino D.O.C, Italy: Santa Margherita is a medium-bodied clean, crisp and zesty Pinot Grigio. Pale lemon-green in the glass, this is a fuller style Pinot Grigio with ripe pear, dusty dried fine herbs and lemon-lime zesty flavours on the palate. Great acidity for food. Red Wine

Cloudline Pinot Noir 2017, Willamette Valley, Oregon, United States: Domaine Drouhin's Cloudline Pinot Noir 2017 is elegant, medium-bodied with ripe dark cherries, plum, raspberry, smoky herb flavours and mouth-watering on the palate. The Drouhin family of Burgundy fame know a thing or two about great Pinot Noir and were impressed with Willamette Valley's potential for Pinot Noir and started a winery there. Pair with Pacific salmon steak and roasted seasonal veggies. Pinot Noir food pairings: roast turkey or chicken, rabbit fricassee, grilled beef flat iron steak.
