Julia Kelada rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Oooo, I simply love this wine and it’s history, which seems quite relevant seeming it’s counrtry of origin! And I would love to share it with you…..but another time over a nice bottle of wine….called Modus!….
This wine is made up of a combination of three different grapes, but the grapes are picked over an extended period of time. The Merlot is picked at the end of August, the Cabernet Sauvignon at the end of September and finally the Sangiovese early in October. I think this sounds so romantic, the process of each harvest and it’s tale….

On the nose this wine does not hold back, it is intense and there is a punch a rich dark fruits. On the palate it eases you gently to a slight hint if tobacco which opens up into a spicey hold before releasing to you a delicious and surprising strawberry, then the usual cherry and then a delicious rich plum…the wine carries you towards the finalé by smoothing itself off with a mild hint of vanilla and then a tease of a red fruit almost like a red currant giving a slight uplift before the dry velvety finish!
Wow!
Bottoms up!

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
