I wish I remembered

What’s your most unusual wine experience?
I had wine made from 100% chilli peppers in Australia! No words can describe my reaction, I could not have anticipated anything like it!

Which wine do you love at the moment?
I really love Merlot, Pinot Noir and Gamay blends


Currently a University of Ottawa student studying French and Business, also enrolled in the sommelier program at Algonquin College to start in Winter 2014. Interested in the Winery and Viticulture Technician at Niagara College for Sept 2015! Sharing my love and excitement for wine among my group of friends and trying to keep them entertained!
