Pamela scored this wine: 90/100

Pretty pale salmon colour, nose of strawberry, pink grapefruit, red cherry repeats on the palate. Great acidity and nicely balanced with a medium length finish. Very refreshing! Enjoy with grilled chicken, salads, veggie burgers etc. Tasted March 2022

La Carbonera Las Pisadas

Torres La Carbonera Las Pisadas 2016

Impressive at the price - a velvety-rich Rioja that will benefit from another year or two in the cellar (umm, basement chez moi) Notes of dried dark berry, licorice, leather and spice woven with savoury/herb aromas. Finish is medium-long, suggesting wild black raspberry. Definitely a steak-loving wine! Tasted March 2022

This is a really fun, well-priced, easy-drinking red for sipping or your big BBQ party this summer! Plenty of juicy red fruit, smooth, ultra-light on the tannins and medium-bodied. Versatile - will pair with fresh air, chicken, burgers, tofu... you get it! Drink now. Tasted March 2022

Tinhorn Creek Vineyards Chardonnay 2019

Pamela scored this wine: 89/100

Elegant and balanced - green apple and citrus aromas up front, spice, burnt caramel and butter follow. Very creamy mouthfeel exuding buttered popcorn, yellow apple and soft spices. Try this Chardonnay with chicken or fish. Tasted March 2022

Bella Terra Wild Ferment

PondView Estate Winery Bella Terra Wild Ferment Riesling 2019

Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada

Pamela scored this wine: 92/100

Quite a delightful Riesling with a beautiful floral, lime-zest nose. Crisp and vibrantly acidic, lemon-lime, wet stone, and a hint of ripe melon. The freshness and balance of this wine make it a very enjoyable sipper, but it could pair well with salad, seafood, fish and such. Thoroughly enjoyable! Tasted March 2022
