Clear ruby color with notes of clove, cranberry and cherry. Always lovely Pinot Noir with silky tannins, This wine is always complex, balanced with a long lasting on the palate. Ready to drink but can be aged 5-8 years. Serve it between 12-13 degrees. Pair it with pork ribs.

This is an Orange wine. This wine has been fermented for 3-4 weeks on the skins and moved in oak cask. It then matures for 10 months on the lees before a light filtration. Only 333 cases produced. It's a blend of weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). Beautiful clear pink/orange color with notes of golden apple and flower. On the palate, it's fresh, complex and medium. Take it on its own. Serve it between 8-10 egrees. Ready to drink but can be aged 2 years.

This wine is made of 100% Chardonnay. Deep golden color. The nose is discreet with notes of nuts and vanilla. On the palate, it's crispy and medium bodied. Take it on its own. Serve it between 12-13 degrees. Ready to drink but can be aged 5-8 years. I recommend to put this wine in carafe before consumption.

An other good expression of Endeln & Moll. This awesome wine has a clear ruby color with notes of blackcurrant, bleuberry, floral, spices and truffle. On the palate, the wine is soft but more bodied than vintage 2016 and complex with a long lasting taste. Pair it with pork. Serve it between 14-15 degrees. Can be aged 5-7 years

This wine is made of Shiraz also know as Syrah. The color is deep purple. It's certified biodynamic. The nose is complex with aromas of cherry, violet and black pepper. On the palate, the tannins are soft wich make a balanced wine. The taste last long. It's good to match red meats. Can be aged 3-5 years. Serve it at 15-17 degrees. I can see small crystalline sediment so i suggest to put this wine in carafe. so decanter it in carafe to split sediment from wine.
