This Georgian wine is one of the rare that I have had the chance to taste in my life. Made of Pkatsiteli, a native grape from the vintage 2016, An unfiltered wine. All this made a wine with a deep amber/orange color, almost like a white port. With aromas of dried apricot, brown sugar, honey and orange peel. The aromas riminded me a Sherry Amontillado. The palate is full bodied with silky tannins. The taste last very long and it's a complex wine. I suggest to decanter it in carafe as it's an unfiltered wine to split sediment from wine. Serve it between 8-10 degrees. Can be aged 5-6 years Pair it with strong cheese like 5 years old cheddar, with seafood or with india dishes.

This red wine from Baden Germany is particular. It's made of Pinot Noir (100%) It is vinified like a Beaujolais Nouveau. it means with carbonic maceration. What is carbonic maceration? The grapes are fully taken and put in vatt instead of being crushed and pressed for their maceration. It's a biodynamic wine with a light fizz. The color is garnet with aromas of cranberry, sweet spice, cherry and banana. The palate is elegant, complex and rich. excellent to match game. Serve it between 14-15 degrees. I suggest to pour it in carafe slowly to split sediment from wine. It's ready to drink but can be aged 2 years.

This 100% Muller Thurgau (Also know as Rivaner) from Baden, Germany has a deep yellow color with a little fizz, but not enough to say it's a sparkling wine. I consider it's a still wine. It's an aromatic wine with notes of white flower, Muscat, green tea and mushroom. On the palate, it's crisp but easy to drink. Serve it between 12-13 degrees. Ready to drink but can be aged 2-3 years. Pair it with sweetbread with mushrooms.
