This medium bodied wine has an abundance of dark stone fruit, particularly cherries and plum to both the nose and palate. Some minerality is evident as it was produced in a blue slate area. It has a long finish. It was beautifully paired with braised pork belly. This bottle is not available in Canada but was given to us by Birgit herself at the winery.
