Some 66 wineries are from Ontario alone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;ll be tastings, brunches, dinners and fun events such as &#8220;Flights&#8221; of Chardonnay at the Niagara airport, The School of Cool and do other crazy things to reaffirm their love of this style of chard.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So why don&#8217;t you re-frame that nasty acronym &#8220;Anything but Chardonnay&#8221; (ABC) to All Beloved Chardonnay?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">From altitude to attitude, what are the 5 elements of \u201ccool\u201d?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">altitude<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">latitude<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">maritime influence<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">climate<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">winemaking style (I&#8217;ve re-dubbed this attitude ;)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Still need a reason to love cool climate chardonnay?
