It\u2019s also the perfect time to break out the wow factor and impress your guests. Cheese, especially fine cheese, is an ideal way to add a little something special and make the occasion one to remember. <a href=\"http:\/\/clicks.eyereturn.com\/redir.aspx?erqs_tokenID=175702&amp;erqs_CID=5733&amp;erqs_SegID=170632&amp;erqs_dut=true&amp;erqs_RedirURL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dairygoodness.ca%2Fcheese%2Fall-you-need-is-cheese%2Fdiscover-fine-cheese%2F%3FWT.mc_id%3DDISC_NMc_NL\">Canadian fine cheese<\/a> offers a world of recipe ideas, whether you\u2019re looking to build upon a classic or you want to try something completely different.<\/p>\n<p>For many, the holidays just aren\u2019t complete without a turkey dinner. That\u2019s why I love this fresh twist on the most festive of fowl. The velvety cream of the Madame Cl\u00e9ment Camembert complements the white meat perfectly. Try this dish with your favourite buttery Chardonnay or a nice Pinot Noir and you won\u2019t be disappointed.<\/p>\n<p>Turkey breast stuffed with Madame Cl\u00e9ment Camembert, cranberries and pecans<\/p>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>Stuffing<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup (125 mL) dried cranberries<br \/>\n1\/2 cup (125 mL) coarsely chopped pecans, toasted<br \/>\n1 shallot, chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 cup (125 mL) cooked and chopped spinach<br \/>\nSalt and freshly ground pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 boneless, skinless turkey breast, about 1 1\/3 lb (650 g)<br \/>\n1 round (150 g) Madame Cl\u00e9ment Camembert, sliced, rind removed<br \/>\n1\/4 cup (50 mL) butter, melted<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Combine all stuffing ingredients and season to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Butterfly turkey breast (cut almost all the way through breast horizontally, then open). Pound turkey with a butcher&#8217;s mallet or a heavy rolling pin to flatten.<\/p>\n<p>Place Madame Cl\u00e9ment Camembert slices on half of turkey breast and cover cheese with stuffing. Fold over other half to cover and attach with toothpicks.<\/p>\n<p>Place in a buttered, ovenproof dish.
