Combines the best of Australian power and fruit concentration with fantastic balance, length and craftsmanship. This is one of the finest Australian wines I\u2019ve tasted, and yet it\u2019s by no means the most expensive. Open your world of pleasure and try it. This wine is made form vines that are 40+ years old and it was matured in 50% new American oak. Light in alcohol (generally no more than 5.5% alc.\/vol.), gently frizzante and pleasingly sweet. Chill it down and enjoy this spring flower- table grape- and apricot-scented wine as dessert itself. My note: Love it! Ah my goodness this great. Sweet, yes, but with bubbly it balances beautifully. What a terrific after-dinner treat. Pair with: lighter cream-cheese dishes.
