Join Savvy Company\u2019s Cheese Sommelier Vanessa Simmons – as she leads you through a delicious discovery artisan cheeses from Ontario. And Vanessa knows her cheese! She has trained with the Cheese Education Guild in Toronto \u2013 Canada\u2019s only comprehensive cheese appreciation program and spends countless hours with local cheesemongers and cheesemakers. Her passion for cheeses oozes while her knowledge will melt away all notions that Canada only makes cheddar. With Vanessa showing you the \u2019whey\u2019, she will introduce you to the fun-damentals of cheese appreciation including how cheese is made and what makes it artisanal, different categories of cheese, cheese-y lingo, buying cheese & caring for cheese.
