This is a hands-on full day session that will give you the chance to participate in what really goes on behind the scenes here at Flat Rock Cellars. On March 20th we are focusing on Vineyard Pruning and Elevage in the Cellar – and you will get to help with all of the critical steps that take place as we get our vineyards ready to grow and wines ready to bottle! Admission is $200 per person.
