Grill up one great steak; then toss with tender pasta and a zesty no-cook sauce for an effortless, entertaining dish for four.<\/p>\n<p>The hint of peppery spice in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nataliemaclean.com\/wine-reviews\/lindemans-bin-50-shiraz-2015\/231770\"><strong>Lindeman\u2019s Bin 50 Shiraz<\/strong><\/a> beautifully compliment the rich flavours of steak and crumbled blue cheese making this a perfect dish to prepare for friends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Catelli SuperGreens Spaghetti with Steak &amp; Garlicky Parsley Sauce Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 pkg CATELLI SuperGreensTM Spaghetti<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nataliemaclean.com\/wine-reviews\/lindemans-bin-50-shiraz-2015\/231770\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-29207\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nataliemaclean.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Lindemans-Bin-50-Shiraz.png\" alt=\"lindemans-bin-50-shiraz\" width=\"79\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2 cups fresh parsley<br \/>\n1\/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes<br \/>\n1\/4 cup each red wine vinegar and olive oil<br \/>\n4 cloves garlic<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp each salt and pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp hot pepper flakes<br \/>\n1 strip loin or top sirloin steak (about 12 oz), trimmed<br \/>\n3 large portobello mushrooms, cleaned<br \/>\nCrumbled blue cheese or shaved Parmesan (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Blend parsley with tomatoes, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and pepper flakes (until a pesto-like consistency); set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Cook spaghetti according to package directions; reserve 1\/2 cup pasta water before draining.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Brush 2 tbsp parsley mixture over steak. Brush mushrooms with an additional 2 tbsp mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Sear steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium.
