Like his wines, Norm says, there is no exact recipe for the pizzas, which vary based on seasonal ingredients as well as the daily heat and humidity.<\/p>\n<p>Here are Norm&#8217;s favourite pizzas with his County Pinot Noir:<\/p>\n<p>Margherita: tomato, fior di latte, basil<br \/>\nCochon: tomato, fior di latte, basil, salami<\/p>\n<p>With his Chardonnay, he likes:<\/p>\n<p>Quattro Fromaggi: fior di latte, pecorinno, parmigiano, gorgonzola, garlic, seasonal vegetables<br \/>\nTart flamb\u00e9: aged white cheddar, creme fraiche, speck, onion<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll have to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nataliemaclean.com\/wineries\/info\/norman-hardie\/2504\"><strong>visit the winery<\/strong><\/a> in Prince Edward County to enjoy these pizzas, and even more so, his spectacular wines!
