This organic wine offers a lot of\u00a0 pleasure, with floral and spice notes on the finish. It’s great for mild and medium curries, Asian fare and medium-spiced dishes. An incredibly rich and concentrated wine with intense aromas and layers of blackberry liqueur flavour. Demands hearty meat dishes and won’t be satisfied until you are. Bring it on! This is a flagship label for this winery and you’ll know why when you taste it. It’s a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourv\u00e8dre grapes (thus, the trinity).\u00a0 Lovely dark raspberry notes on a long, and ultimately satisfying finish. Worth every penny.
