From Tawse's Laundry Vineyard, the Cabernet Franc wine grapes for this wine are organically grown. This is an earthy, full-bodied Cab Franc with crushed raspberry earthy florals, dried herbs and spicy flavours on the palate. Great acidity for food and ready to drink now. Pair with Ossobuco. The wine matured 18 months in French oak barrels.

Cabernet Franc food pairings: aged cheeses, fried, roasted or barbecued meats, seared pepper steak, roast beef, game meats.
