Fresh, crisp and toasty Spanish sparkling wine. This cava is made from traditional grapes: Parellada, Xarel-lo and Macabeu. According to the back label, since 1987, Castillo Perelada hosts one of the most prestigious music festivals in Europe. This year's featured guests include tenor Jonas Kaufmann and Plácido Domingo performing Massenet's opera Thaïs. Enjoy on its own while listening to opera or with shellfish. Great value.

Cava food pairings: steamed Dungeness crab, steamed lobster with lemon garlic sauce, seafood tapas.
