This lovely cool-climate Californian Chardonnay from Monterey County offers aromas of freshly baked bread and golden apple on the nose. Slow Press Chardonnay is matured in American Oak barrels for 12 months to add extra richness and texture. Pair with pasta in cream sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

One sexy Chardonnay with tons of personality.
Heady aromas of honey, orange blossom and buttery toast, yet completely transforms into a long citrus finish.
Beautiful with creamy pasta dishes.
Tasted November 2019.
Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A wine that beckons back to the glory days of the buttery California Chardonnay. Rich full Apple fruit with caramel and toast notes. Full Buttery style with enough acidity to keep things fresh. Exactly what Cali's white wine industry was built on..
Malcolm Lamont - WSET Adv, CSW rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A lovely Chardonnay, with good "typicity" (wine speak for tastes like the style should) for a Monterey Chardonnay.

This wine is high in the yumminess factor, and has a bitter, lingering finish.
