Vintages Wine Panel: This is a classic lighter-style Pinot that’s perfect when you’d like to serve red wine with fish. Light ruby in color, it displays fresh aromas of strawberry and raspberry with a hint of underbrush and earth. Dry, light-bodied and refreshing with fresh fruit flavors and a long strawberry infused finish. Try it lightly chilled. My note: A rich, soft, plush red with aromas of black cherry, raspberry and red currants. Lovely silky texture and length.

Pinot Noir food pairings: meaty pasta, lamb, grilled salmon, roast chicken, turkey, duck breast.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
