Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Uncommon Chardonnay from Spain, made by Raimat winery, the Castell 2018 offers charming aromas of yellow apple, pineapple, lime peel, vanilla and pine crust. Medium body with a zippy acidity, the wine offers a short finish and great food pairing options like pasta or fish. Palate: meyer lemon, green apple, citrus blossom, saline, spice and pie crust. Enjoy!
From the Costers Del Segre wine region, Raimat Castell 2018 Chardonnay is great value under $17. Fresh with ripe apple, peach and melon flavours finishing with citrus-driven acidity for food. Chill and enjoy with a grilled pork tenderloin. - Community Wine Reviews
