A rich, savoury, full-bodied southern French red wine blend of old vine Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre grapes from the Cotes du Rhone Villages. This vineyard is planted on pebbly terraces between the villages of Cairanne and Gigondas, and benefits from the drying effect of the Mistral wind. Aromas of dark berries, dried fig and smoke. Pair with game dishes and grilled lamb with rosemary.

Food pairings: beef bourguignon, roast beef, roast chicken, game dishes.
