Balanced and full-bodied chardonnay that uses four types of oak for aging. This flavourful Chardonnay is an exquisite expression of the Ontario's wonderful the vintage. Creamy texture, refined and elegant, this Chardonnay exudes layers of pear, lemon and vanilla along with subtle nuances of French Oak.

Chardonnay food pairings: pairs well with grilled salmon and butternut squash risotto.

Medium bodied and refreshing, this wine has flavours of apple, pear, pineapple, vanilla, with a hint of spiciness. The flavours linger on the warming finish.
Enjoy today, or cellar until 2016.

This flavourful well crafted 2008 Chardonnay is an exquisite expression of the Ontario's wonderful 2008 vintage. Creamy texture, refined and elegant, this Chardonnay exudes layers of pear, lemon and vanilla along with subtle nuances of French Oak. Easy to enjoy, this wine delivers well defined fruit with a lovely seam of acidity.
Half the cuvee was fermented in cool temperatures in stainless steel to opreserve the fresh fruit aromatics and the remaining was fermented in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barriques
