A gorgeous, luxurious Californian Chardonnay with aromas of butterscotch, toffee, golden apple and peach. Full-bodied with a long finish. I first had this wine at the California Grill restaurant at Disney, and it is as magical now as that memory is to me. Pair with grilled or roasted chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: turkey burgers, smoked king crab legs, chicken breast, cheese, pork loin topped with pineapple.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Soft and rounded, this is a buttery Chardonnay with aromas of golden apple, toffee, and buttery popcorn. Full bodied and smooth on the palate with more of those buttery notes mingled with soft, golden fruit flavours. Pair with roast chicken of pan seared lemon sole.
