Reviews and Ratings

Produced by Pascal Marchand, Marchand-Tawse 2015 is a Côtes De Nuits-Villages Pinot Noir with grapes sourced from several sites in Corgoloin, "Au Clou", "Les
Perrières", "Les Monts de Boncourt" and "Les Retraits" The wine was 30% whole-bunch fermented with five days of cold maceration and "pigeage" once per day The Pinot Noir was aged in French oak barrel -- 15% new oak with no fining or filtration. Look for sour cherry, ripe red berries on the nose with sous bois and cedar spice flavours on the palate. Needs some time in cellar -- about three years. Otherwise, decant and enjoy with a grilled rack of lamb. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
