Love the balance and fullness of flavours on this classic made from Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark plum, blackberry, spicy and smoky flavours all beautifully balanced with vibrant acidity. Partially fermented in stainless steel tank with judicious use of oak. Tannins are fine.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: grilled thick cut steaks, roast duck, venison stew.

Reviews and Ratings

Trent Mayers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

When you think of Argentina and wine, is Malbec the only thing that comes to mind? Think again and try this very good Cabernet from Mendoza. It has high, but not aggressive tannins, and is on type for the grape. Think cassis, black cherry, mint, vanilla, spice and tobacco with a long finish. It’s a tasty match for Italian braised beef. 4 stars out of 5.
Produced by Familia Arizu, Luigi Bosca 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Mendoza Cab. Sauv., with juicy layers of vibrant dark plum, blackberry, cassis, savoury spices and smoke. Ripe tannins and supple on the palate. The Cab Sauv is partially fermented in stainless steel tank. Juicy and food-friendly. Pair with a rib steak from the grill. - Community Wine Reviews
