Josh Cellars 2019 Zinfandel is a robust and powerful red wine with grapes sourced from the Lodi wine region, the home of California Zin. Fragrant with smoky dark and red berry fruit, rich and concentrated on the palate with ripe strawberry, red berry, cherry, blueberry, clove, vanilla, and pepper spice flavours finishing long on the palate. Perfect for bison burgers and BBQ pork ribs from the grill.

Zinfandel food pairings: meaty stews, meat-lover's pizza, tourtiere, bison burgers from the grill.
