Henri Giraud Hommage Au Pinot Noir Champagne is produced from organically grown Pinot Noir grapes. Dry, breezy and full on the palate with a persistent and lively mousse of white florals, toasted brioche, red berry, raspberry, pink grapefruit zest, subtly spiced, creamy and weighty with an exceptionally long finish. The cuvée for this bubble was made in small oak barrels and aged for 54 months with 12 months on its lees at room temperature (known as 'mise retardée'), followed by 36 months of bottle ageing. Chill and enjoy now or cellar to 2030.

Pinot Noir Champagne food pairings: creamy cheeses, smoked salmon on baguette, quiche, flatbreads.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
