Reviews and Ratings

Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Priya: Nice for a dry wine, drier than I normally take to but it has some effervescence that makes the dryness bearable. It wasn't a great match with my vegan mac n' cheese, however went well with the vegan mozzarella cheese on its own. So a 50/50 on this one. 87 pts.

Alex: Agree Priya, this did need a meaty component to truly shine, and was fantastic with the turkey @ thanksgiving. A solid all around Gruner, fresh and lively with enough palate richness to keep it from being austere. Refined peach notes, green bean, white pepper and gunflint to the nose with a leesy, creamy texture. Assertive acidity and fine interplay of spice, citrus and vegetal notes through a finish of good length. Fine stuff at $23. 90 pts
