Winemaker's grill provides a unique food and wine pairing experience featuring entrees expertly prepared by chef Sean Akin. We prepare premium dry-aged steaks from Nebraska corn-fed beef paired with our full-bodied red wines grown in the Chelan Valley or succulent seafood and poultry dishes paired with crisp white wines.
Our wines are made with a clear focus on quality that begins in our local vineyards. Hand picked, sorted and crafted, the cool climate of our valley lends itself to growing the perfect wines to serve in our restaurant.
