Viña Quintay belongs to a group of people who love Casablanca and its wines. Felipe Aldunate, Hernán Gómez, Pablo Gómez, Edmundo Eluchans, Jaime Charles, Felipe Larraín, Felipe Morandé, and the Rencoret family share the common objective of taking the best advantage of Chile’s cool-climate varieties and the wines they produce. With a focus on making fine wines in the Premium and Super Premium categories, they have created a different kind of enological project with limited production. To do that, they have formed a strategic association with Geo Wines. This team of professionals includes Sergio Reyes, who helps position Quintay wines in the international market, and a first-rate enological team comprised of Álvaro Espinoza and Juan Carlos Faúndez. Viña Quintay has selected the best plots of its own vineyards to produce the highest quality Sauvignon Blanc. Each of the clones comes from a different Casablanca vineyard, with varying solar exposures and vine densities to ensure a superior quality wine. The winery has been working with other varieties such as Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer, with great potential, especially in the Casablanca Valley, and will be released soon.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
