The house of MONTAUDON is situated in rue Ponsardin, close to the Cathedral, in the historical heart of the "sacred city" of Reims. Although its architecture bears witness to a past, rich in champagne traditions, the house today boasts a large modern winery. A sizeable number of small stainless steel vats allow the Chef de cave (cellar master) to vinify each "Cru" (vineyard) separately.
