Here at Flam we adhere to the European dogma that the basis for great wine is in the vineyards, and that is why our vineyards and their terroir are our first priority.

The search for the very best soils, with the vision of creating premium wines, was an arduous journey for the Flam family. A journey that transversed mountain ridges and valleys, carefully examining microclimates, soils, seasonal adaptations until the most suitable soils were chosen. The vines were then planted in the Upper Galilee and the Judean Hills in the very best plots which produce exquisite fruit in very low yields.

The myriad of different soil types that constitute our carefully managed vineyards, contribute to powerful and expressive wines that showcase the rich Mediterranean viticulture heritage that is being revitalized..
