Vintage Ink Wines Rite Of Passage Chardonnay 2011, VQA, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada: A lovely butterscotch and peach note opens up to voluptuously viscous layers of ripe peach and toffee. A smoky, campfire finish is a comforting way to end as you extend your glass out for a top up. Yum! Pair with: foods that are rich and full of flavour, such as lobster dripping in butter, grilled tuna, or salmon, pasta in a rich cream sauce, roast turkey, or marinated chicken. Cellole Riserva San Fabiano Calcinaia Chianti Classico 2007, D.O.C.G., Tuscany, Italy: Black plum and blackcurrant on a very attractive nose. Supple and full-bodied with a bit of grip. Some violets and a hint of toasty oak on the palate. Long finish. Decant 1 hour. Highly recommended. Enjoy with roast beef. Drink: 2013-2016. 56945 13% XD 750 mL  $26.95 Score: 91/100.
